Joe Flask

President & COO

Joe Flask is President/COO of BrightLink Technology. BrightLink Technology is an I.T. Managed Services Company that caters to the small business community in Jacksonville and NE Florida. Joe’s responsibilities include management of day-today operations, business development and overall growth of the company. Joe was born in Syracuse, NY and lived in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada for 16 years. He, his wife of 27 years Brenda, and their 4 children reside in Jacksonville. In addition to his success in business, Flask has been an active part of the Jacksonville community, dedicating time and resources to the Boys & Girls Club of NE Florida, Child Cancer Fund, Jacksonville FC soccer program, and the Jax Chamber IT Council. Joe graduated from Jacksonville University in 1990.

AJ Beson

CEO

CEO, AJ Beson, is a true entrepreneur. AJ has been a small business owner and leader in the Jacksonville business community for over 20 years. He currently owns a successful marketing agency in Jacksonville. As a business owner, he knows the frustration that technology can be for a small business. This is what prompted the partnership with longtime friend Jamie Nichols. With Nichols’ passion for technology and Beson’s strong business background, the two collaborated and formed BrightLink Technology. AJ graduated from Jacksonville University before starting his first business.
