Joe Flask

President & COO

Joe Flask joined BrightLink Technology as an owner in 2012, after managing a large division of a retail consumer finance business for a Fortune 500 Company. Flask’s responsibilities include sales and growth, day-to-day operations, as well as fostering client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. On his off time from the office, Flasks enjoys playing soccer and golf and spending time with his family. Flask is active in his community serving on the Board of Directors of the Child Cancer Fund, the Jax Chamber IT Council, as well as active involvement in the Jacksonville and St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he donates time as a Youth Soccer Coach and Cub Master for a local Cub Scout Pack. Flask graduated from Jacksonville University in 1990. Honors include 2014 IT Council Small Business Leader of the Year and Ultimate CEO of an IT company by the Jacksonville Business Journal in 2015.

AJ Beson

CEO

President and CEO, AJ Beson, is a true entrepreneur. AJ has been a small business owner and leader in the Jacksonville business community for over 20 years. He currently owns a successful marketing agency in Jacksonville. As a business owner, he knows the frustration that technology can be for a small business. This is what prompted the partnership with longtime friend Jamie Nichols. With Nichols’ passion for technology and Beson’s strong business background, the two collaborated and formed BrightLink Technology. AJ graduated from Jacksonville University before starting his first business.
